As your Federal Member for Riverina, I am pleased to assist you in any of the Commonwealth Government areas of responsibility. Congratulatory Messages

My office can arrange special messages from the Queen, Governor-General, Prime Minister and other dignitaries for milestone birthdays and wedding anniversaries.

On the occasion of a wedding anniversary, a copy of the Marriage Certificate or alternatively a Statutory Declaration stating the full names of the nominees, date and place of wedding. The Nominees’ residential address is to be provided and also the address where the messages are to be sent, in the event that the congratulatory messages are to be a surprise. 
 
On the occasion of a birthday, a copy of the Birth certificate is required OR a Statutory Declaration stating name of nominee and date and place of birth. If the messages for either the Wedding Anniversary or birthday are to be received at any time prior to the event, then the nominated date should be provided.
